Profile of Participant
  • Peruvian youth from 21 to 25 years old with completed or ongoing higher education of engineering or food industry or related.
  • Young people who have not participated in development processes of innovation in similar areas.
Method of Participation

Joint innovation

When participants have unique and potentially protectable ideas, E&M may signs joint development agreements or other collaborative arrangements through which innovative ideas can be protected for our exclusive use, or joint property.

Benefits of Participation
  • E&M, together with the participant, will conduct the development of the project idea.
  • E&M will give technical support throughout the development of the project idea.

FAQ (Frequently asked question)

  • How do I know that my idea was approved and will be developed in collaboration with E&M?

The evaluation commission of innovative ideas will review the projects and notify the participant in a period no longer than 21 days after he/she has submitted his/her idea of innovative project.

The notification will indicate approval or disapproval or observations.

  • Who form the evaluation committee?

The evaluation committee is formed by a team of professionals in the areas of Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, Industrial and Business Engineering.
