Gelymar Commercial Technical Training - EYM

    In order to continue strengthening our training and as an integral part of our technical-commercial strategy, training in carrageenan was carried out.
    As part of our commercial strategy, it is important to emphasize that the knowledge acquired will be applied effectively when presenting our solutions to potential customers.

                                      

The training took place in March at its headquarters in Chile. The EYM representatives who attended the training were:

  •  Carolina García, Head of Projects and Marketing.
  • Maritza Ortega, Head of Innovation and Development.

During the training, with the objective of enriching their knowledge, the participants carried out a series of activities that included:

  • Acquiring knowledge about the extraction and production process of carrageenan concentrates.
  • Visiting seaweed extraction ports.
  • Participating in a guided tour of a production plant.
  • Learn about quality control and integrated management systems.
  • Evaluate applications in a variety of products, such as meat, dairy (including blancmange, evaporated milk and flan), fruit sauces and instant foods (such as pastry cream and jellies).
