On October 29, the Delfines Hotel & Convention Center hosted our Innovation Day event, “E&M Trends: Innovation and Technology for the Future,” created to promote innovation and showcase the latest solutions in the food sector.

The meeting aimed to strengthen technical and commercial ties between professionals and suppliers, as well as open up new opportunities for co-development.

Strategies and trends addressed

During the day, the key issues that will shape the evolution of the industry were presented:

  • Healthy and functional formulations, aligned with the growing demand from health-conscious consumers.
  • Natural and clean label ingredients, which prioritize transparency and simplicity on labels.
  • New preservation and shelf life extension technologies, essential for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Product marketing and innovation, with strategies to differentiate and position products in a competitive market.

Agenda and supplier participation

The workshop, which lasted approximately four hours, was attended by leading international suppliers such as Galactic, Döhler, and Jungbunzlauer, who shared advances, applications, and solutions related to trends, innovation, preservation, functionality, and clean labeling.

“E&M Trends: Innovation and Technology for the Future” established itself as a key space for exchanging knowledge, generating strategic alliances, and discovering opportunities for joint development, reaffirming the sector's commitment to a more innovative, sustainable future aligned with market needs.
