PARTICIPATION AS A SPEAKER IN THE MBA PROGRAM OF THE PACIFICO BUSINESS SCHOOL
In November our CEO Marycarmen Padilla participated in the Q&A session for the MBA program of the Pacifico Business School invited by the Director of the program Ben Schneider.
In this session she tells us her inspiring story from her beginnings and how she lived her childhood and adolescence; also, the innate curiosity she had to follow in her father's footsteps and venture into the "life of an entrepreneur" which is exhausting but quite satisfying.

During the difficult time of the pandemic, Marycarmen prioritized the welfare of its employees and continued with the supply of inputs to all its customers, thus collaborating with the development of the country during the crisis situation.
